We only use Highland grains, juniper and, botanicals. All botanicals are hand foraged sustainably by a skilled team.
DELICIOUSLY SMOOTH
We distil our spirit 4 times to ensure it is deliciously smooth. Ingredients this good need to be treated with care.
HAND BOTTLED
Our gin is bottled by hand and dispatched in plastic free packaging. We strive for sustainability and are actively working to reduce our environmental impact.
A TRUE DISTILLERY
At Sutors we have built a true distillery. All processes are carried out onsite. We mash, distil and rectify using only Highland ingredients.
A UNIQUELY DISTINCTIVE GIN
The best gin in every had, and I've tried a few. Well balanced and full of different aromas, juniper obviously, I get a little rosemary I think too and so much more that I'm not confident enough to identify in writing. Nothing overpowers the rest, it's been done right.
Quality tonic water from the fridge, ice and citrus of choice. Just amazing. Is it late enough in the day yet?

We have been enjoying some beautiful weather up here in the far north. A glass of gin and orange (not too much orange) is delicious when I have a break from gardening. This gin (batch number 5) is tasty with tonic and a slice too. Notes of pine, lemon, vanilla....I like it!
