Juniper is harvested when at it’s ripest. We test the berries on individual bushes and identify the best.

The spirit is flavoured with our foraged botanicals including juniper and sea buckthorn using vapour infusion.

The gin is brought to the optimal strength using filtered highland water. The finished gin is sweet and creamy with cereal notes. Opening up to flavours of rosemary, aniseed and a cucumber freshness. Leading to big citrus with a long peppery finish with hints of menthol.
